Survey Exploring factors that influence nurses’ intent to stay
We are inviting ICU, CCU, CVICU, PICU, ER, and Critical Care Transport RNs (full or part-time) to take part in a research study exploring factors that influence nurses’ intent to stay in these high-acuity areas.
The study involves completing one anonymous online survey (20–30 minutes).
Participation is voluntary, and consent is implied by completing the survey.
No identifying information will be collected.
