On the very first ESNO World Café, specialist nurses, policymakers and other stakeholders talked about health workforce and nursing shortage. Among the great discussions was the topic of how important data are, both to understand the challenges that nurses face, as well as to understand what is needed to face these challenges. Here, the nurses Survey Pool was introduced.
